In Harlem, there is a Korean-American owned restaurant Manna's which serves an American Soul Food. The owner Betty Park came to the U.S. in 1974 and moved to Harlem in 1983. How did she come up with the idea of running an American Soul Food restaurant? Reporter John Kim tells us more.
